Oregon Nurseries Approved to Ship Host Nursery Stock Out of State (Phytophthora ramorum)

The revisions to the USDA Domestic Quarantine (7 CFR 301.92) against Phytophthora ramorum (SOD) state that effective March 31, 2014, Federal Order (FO) DA-2014-02 updates the P. ramorum quarantine requirements for the interstate movement of host nursery stock from regulated and quarantined areas of California, Oregon, and Washington.

The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) is required to maintain a list of nurseries who ship nursery stock out of state and who are, at least annually, inspected for the presence of P. ramorum.
